WFMW: The Birthday Edition

I always hate after receiving presents, not being absolutely certain of who gave which gift, therefore having to make a generalized thank you card. (Now w/ a toddler whom lots of people love to spoil, I can see that this will drive me mad in the future.) So, to help ease this stress for others whenever I give a child a gift, I put an address label on the back of the package. W/ a label parents will not have to rely on memory (or even seeing the card--as kids seem to fling these away promptly if nothing is inside) as to who gave the gift. Hey, IT WORKS FOR ME! :)

Good idea. Sometimes (if I know the party will be a crazy one) I write what the gift was on the back of the greeting card. Maybe this is inappropriate, but I'm with you; I hate not know for certain what to thank someone for!
