It's Monday!

Are you feeling guilty for pretending not to notice as your child sucked toothpaste out of the tube? Feel like a slouch for wearing your husband's big, baggy t-shirts all day? We'll don't! Not Me! Monday was born out of a desire to admit some normal, run of the mill momma's imperfections and reveal a few moments that she'd rather forget. You may find it therapeutic to join in and do the same thing,I know that I do!

I most certainly do not have a pack of oreos.in my bedroom. I also did not wake up in the middle of the night to find an oreo in the bed with me, and proceed to eat it. Who would fall asleep before eating all of their cookies, or worse yet eat it after sleeping with it?

Also, I did not not skip a shower at all this week. Because I'm an all together new mommy. Yep, how gross would it be to go 3 days without a shower?

I also have not procrastinated at all this week. I've worked all of my time during normal hours. I definitly have not found myself working at 2am. Nope, not me. Also I've not worked most of my hours with my girl laying somewhere on my body. Never!

You can ask my hubby, it definitly wasn't me who stepped on his newly-operated on toe. Never. Also, I remember watching the surgery but I know that it was not me that almost hit the floor. I've got a stomach of steel.

I have not found myself eating horribly this week. Never!! I'm a well balanced nutritous girl.

Never would I decide that this would be a great time to curl up on the couch with my baby girl and enjoy the quiet house and Cake Boss.

I'm Back!!!

For real this time!! I have a slight problem though.... I hate picking back up something that I feel like I've failed at before. I like fresh, new clean starts, kinda like that feeling that you get at the beginning of a new school year when you get a new notebook or a new box of crayons. I thought of starting a new blog, but in my new-mommy brain, that just requires too much effort. So, as much as everything inside of me is recoiling at starting to write again on this blog, I'm goin' to do it. Sorry just a ramble.

If you didn't catch it earlier.... my amazing, precious daughter is here! Big brother loves her dearly, but in his own words, 'just doesn't know about all that crying that she does'! Big brother is in 'tucky according to him for 10 weeks. Really he's coming back at the end of this week or next. I miss him like crazy though.... the only one that he is missing is his sissy. Seriously, the boy gets on the phone, then just as quickly he's gone with barely a word. It's cute though, and I'm glad that he's having an awesome time!
