WFMW: Kitchen Edition

My family eats a lot of hamburger, but I hated to cook it because of the grease splatters....until someone taught me a trick. Before I begin the hamburger , I lightly sprinkle some salt into the skillet. This works for me, because we salt anyways... now I just do it for everyone ahead of time! Grease splatters now are mostly a thing of the past.

Wow...are you serious? I have to use one of those splatter shields...and it still doesn't even catch all the splatters. You can be sure I will try this one! THanks for the tip!
