WFMW: Quick supper

I have a recipe that I love to fix on nights that a)I'm too lazy to actually cook a large supper, b) time and/or energy is running low or c)you have company coming! Plus kids love to help!!

Ingredients:
boneless, skinnless chicken breasts
1 cup butter melted
1 bag of sour cream and onion potato chips (Pringles work well or the cheapest brand you can find tastes better than more pricey chips)

Prep by crushing potato chips (either in their original bag or place in a zippy bag to crush) while melting butter in microwave. You then simply place chicken in butter a piece at a time to coat then roll it in the crunched up chips and set in an ungreased baking dish. Pour any left over butter and chips over top. Place in the oven on 375 for about 45 minutes.

the chips seriously taste like mashed potatoes.... fix a veggie and you're good to go!
